One for the collectors here. A beautiful T140, A 1979 designated model built in October 1978 and registered 1/12/1978. It's now on a historic registration so no tax or mot required. The previous owner bought the bike in 2016 with 16677 miles showing from M&S motorcycles in Newcastle. In 2017 it had a new clutch kit fitted, the valves were checked and set in 2018 and then in 2020 the engine was stripped ,cleaned, the head vapour blasted and all new bearings, barrels, pistons, oil lines, chain and sprockets were fitted by Twin Technology classic cycles. At this time a gps style speedo was fitted and this now shows 470 miles. As you can see from the photos this bike is in exceptional condition and at this price represents both great value and great investment potential. As you would expect with a 43 year old classic there is no warranty implied or given but it will be safety checked before it goes.
